Pumpkin Cake A La Marlys - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can pumpkin filling
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. dark raisins
powdered sugar
Preparation

Add sugar, oil and pumpkin filling.
Beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add and beat well. Add nuts and raisins.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not open oven door under 1 hour. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a finishing touch.
You can use Bundt pan, tube pan or two loaf pans.
