Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 to 2 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1 bag Doritos
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Debone and keep 1/2 pot of the broth.
    Add soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion and evaporated milk. Stir until well mixed.
    Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Put smashed Doritos in a bowl.
    Pour chicken over chips; add cheese as desired.
