Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can Eagle Brand milk
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Mix crackers and margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan, saving some for the top.
On low mixer speed, blend Eagle Brand and undiluted orange juice.
Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Spread in pan and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate.
