Frozen Fruit Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large banana, diced
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine banana, pineapple and almonds.
    Fold in mayonnaise. Whip cream; fold into fruit mixture.
    Turn into 3-cup refrigerator tray.
    Freeze 4 to 5 hours.
    Remove salad from freezer.
    Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    Cut salad into cubes.
    If desired, serve on lettuce and top with additional almonds.
    Makes 6 servings.
