Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/4 c. rice
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 small can chopped pimento
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Simmer until clear. Add rice, beef bouillon, mushroom pieces and pimento.
    Put in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
