Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 c. very warm water
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. flour
cinnamon
Preparation

Beat all ingredients with mixer.
Stir in 2 more cups of flour.
Let rise for 1/2 hour.
Roll out like pie dough.
Spread melted oleo all over dough, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over.
Roll up and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Place on cookie sheet and let them rise for 1/2 hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until light golden brown.
