Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked or 1 can pinto beans and liquids
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
    3 unbaked pie shells (shallow)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, beans and vanilla in blender.
    Blend well in a large bowl.
    Combine sugar, margarine, coconut and nuts.
    Add to bean mixture.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 3 pies.
