Green Chili Stewmidland, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. red chili powder
    2 16 oz. cans pinto beans w/jalapenos
    1 16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
    5 large potatoes, cubed
    16 oz. chopped hot green chili (Can use frozen)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    4 c. water
    5 bouillion cubes beef or 2 cans beef bouillion
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up onion real fine and saute in oil.
    Cut meat into small pieces and brown with onions until meat looks grayish.
