Skillet Potato Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sliced bacon
1/4 c. minced onion
10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
3 (16 oz.) cans potatoes, drained and sliced or 3 to 4 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced (boil about 5 to 7 minutes)
1 lb. hot dogs, cut in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation

In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until brown and set aside to drain.
Remove all but 2 tablespoons fat and cook onion until transparent.
Add hot dogs and lightly brown.
Stir in undiluted soup and drained potatoes.
Add crumbled bacon.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until heated through (5 to 10 minutes).
