Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
whipped cream
baked pie shell
3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Crush 1 pint of strawberries.
Add sugar mixed with cornstarch.
Cook until thick in double boiler.
Cool.
Place 1 pint strawberries, washed and stemmed, into pie shell.
Pour cooked strawberry mixture over this and serve with whipped cream.
