Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunky chicken (mixing)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can sugar peas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 c. bell pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of Pyrex dish, 9 x 9-inch.
    Mix ingredients.
    Spoon over crumbs.
    Add remaining crumbs on top. Dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
