Magic Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Combine mincemeat, nuts, candied fruit, condensed milk and egg.
Combine flour and baking soda. Stir into other ingredients. Line 10-inch tube pan with waxed paper and grease with shortening. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until center springs back.
