Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

eggs
milk
flour
salt and pepper
olive oil (virgin)
butter
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Wash and cut spears 1/2 x 4-inches small, crisp zucchini.
Dip in mixture of eggs, beaten with a little milk.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper generously.
