Chicken Creole Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. rice
2 envelopes Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 chopped green pepper
Preparation

Bake chicken 30 minutes uncovered at 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients; pour over chicken and bake another 30 minutes.
