Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 tsp. salt
3 carrots (2-inch pieces)
4 large size white potatoes
Preparation

Put beef on a large piece of foil. Sprinkle salt and dry onion soup on roast. Add mushroom soup. Close the foil tight and cook for about 1 1/2 hours. Then open up the foil and add potatoes and carrots. Cover again and cook about 1 1/2 hours.
