Strawberry Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry flavored yogurt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain strawberries, reserving juice; set strawberries aside.
    Combine gelatin, reserved strawberry juice and yogurt in container of electric blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl; fold in strawberries. Pour into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish and chill until firm.
    Yields 12 servings.
