Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 stick butter or 4 oz. margarine
    1 roll Kraft garlic cheese or jalapeno cheese
    dash of each: hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire and red pepper
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook broccoli; drain and set aside. Drain mushrooms; set aside. Saut butter or margarine, onions and chopped cheese. When cheese is melted, add soup and all ingredients. Place mixture in casserole dish. Crush 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake until crackers brown.
