Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, drained and thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onions (Durkee)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions.
    Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
    Makes 6 servings.
