Surprise Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. oleo
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
tostados
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo.
Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Add other ingredients and simmer until well blended (about 15 minutes).
Serve hot with tostados.
This can be cooked in crock-pot and keeps hot for several hours.
