Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    2 eggs
    12 oz. cottage cheese, creamed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sausage, 2 eggs, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese together; set aside.
    Combine biscuit mix and onions in a bowl.
    Combine 2 eggs and milk; pour over biscuit mix.
    Stir only until mixture is moistened.
    Spoon half of batter into a greased 9-inch dish or pie pan.
    Spoon in cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining batter.
    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
