Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. canned milk
3/4 c. butter (not margarine), melted
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Beat egg yolks.
Add milk and butter. Mix in flour and sugar.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm.
Add meringue and brown. Best served warm.
Serves 8.
