Ingredients

2 c. nonfat plain or sugar-free vanilla or lemon yogurt
Preparation

Line a strainer with a double thickness of cheesecloth or 3 layers of paper towels.
Spoon 2 cups yogurt into the strainer. Place a bowl beneath but not touching the strainer, to catch the liquid from the yogurt.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Use drained yogurt as a replacement for cream cheese.
