Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Glaze while cake is warm.
Remove cake from pans while still warm.
When cooled completely, wrap in foil.
