Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save the juice.
Place pineapple in greased baking dish.
Melt oleo and mix with crumbled crackers and cheese.
Mix sugar and cornstarch into pineapple juice.
Cook until it thickens.
Pour over pineapple chunks.
Top with crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
