Easy Tootsie Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 c. confectionary sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. instant powdered milk
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Knead like you would for bread.
    I find it easier to knead together to a point then break into three or four balls and knead.
    Roll into rope shapes and cut into desired lengths.
    These are softer than the ones you buy. Makes about 2 dozen.
    You can get 15 dozen if you make the smaller ones.
