Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw chopped apples
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans or 1/2 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Chop apples into bowl.
    Add eggs and stir well.
    Add remaining ingredients in order given and pour into 8-inch square pan or small loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, depending on type of pan.
    Can be served with whipped cream or make a glaze with a little powdered sugar and water.
