Julienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
5 to 6 carrots, cut in julienne pieces
4 to 5 potatoes, cut like French fries
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans French-style green beans, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
oregano
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions in electric skillet; drain excess grease.
Spread potatoes evenly over beef; spread carrots over potatoes.
Spread celery over carrots.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle oregano generously.
Cover and cook 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Spread green beans over mixture.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over green beans.
Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
