Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. raw rice
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix
all
the ingredients and put in bell peppers.
Set them in
large deep pan that will go in the oven.
Before you bake them,
put
a large can of shredded kraut on top of them and
pour a
large
can
of tomato juice over the peppers and kraut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
