Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese (four 8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well-beaten
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

At high speed on mixer, mix cream cheese.
Gradually add sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Then turn mixer on low and add cornstarch, flour, vanilla and lemon juice.
By hand, mix in melted butter and sour cream until smooth.
Pour into spring pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Turn off heat.
Let cake stay in oven 2 hours or overnight (when I bake in the evening, I keep it in overnight).
Then refrigerate.
