Never Tough Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening and salt.
    Beat together egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture until mixed well.
    Roll out on floured surface.
