Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box frozen, mixed vegetables
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (may substitute 1 can cream of celery soup to reduce fat)
1 c. chestnuts, chopped
croutons
Preparation

Thaw mixed vegetables enough to break apart.
Boil until just tender.
Mix all ingredients together in baking dish except croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle croutons on top the last 5 minutes.
Use 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
Serves 6 to 8.
