Chicken Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 (8 oz.) container heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cut chicken breasts into medallions. Brown in skillet; sprinkle on 1 tablespoon tarragon; cover.
    Flip medallions and brown on other side.
    Sprinkle on rest of tarragon and cover.
    Stir up drippings and add heavy cream to them.
    Low simmer until cream turns light brown.
    Serves 4.

    15 to 20 minutes.
