Pumpkin Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (9 oz.) condensed mincemeat, crumbled
1 c. pecan meal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir together flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and baking powder; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat sugar and shortening until fluffy.
Add egg, pumpkin and water; mix well.
Stir in flour mixture, mincemeat and nuts. Grease muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
