Mooseburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 lb. mooseburger
1 beef bouillon
1/3 c. boiling water
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 can mixed Chinese vegetables
Preparation

Cut celery, pepper and onion in thin slices.
Melt shortening in heavy skillet and cook onion, celery, pepper and meat over very high heat.
Dissolve bouillon in water; add to meat mixture.
Mix cornstarch, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and cold water to a smooth paste.
Add to meat mixture and stir thoroughly.
Drain vegetables well and mix into meat mixture.
Heat through and serve with rice and Chinese noodles.
