Fresh Fruit Shell Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. medium shells (uncooked)
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 can juice packed pineapple chunks, drained
1 large orange, peeled, sectioned and seeded
1 c. red seedless grapes, cut in half
1 c. green grapes
1 apple, cored and chopped
Preparation

Prepare shells according to directions; drain.
In a small bowl, blend yogurt and orange juice.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Add yogurt mixture; toss to coat.
Cover. Chill thoroughly.
Toss gently before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
