Nancy'S Cream Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground beef (as much as you like)
4 to 8 oz. cream cheese (depending on your taste)
chopped onion (as much as you like)
tomato sauce or canned soup
1 to 2 eggs (depending on amount of meat)
seasoned bread crumbs (just enough to absorb excess moisture)
chopped celery (as much as you like)
whatever seasoning you like (seasoned salt, pepper)
whatever vegetables you like (mushrooms, olives)
Preparation

Mix beef, cream cheese, onion, tomato sauce and eggs. Add just enough bread crumbs to absorb excess moisture. Mix well. Add celery, seasoning and vegetables. Cook until firm or slightly well browned at 350\u00b0.
