White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. clam juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    clams
    1/2 lb. cooked angel hair pasta
    fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Remove garlic.
    Stir in flour, clam juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and heat.
    Combine sauce with pasta.
    Grate Parmesan cheese and toss to coat noodles.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and cheese sprinkled on top.
