Company Ham And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    10 oz. fully cooked ham, julienne (about 2 c., you can buy ham from deli)
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 pkg. dry noodles, cooked and drained
    chopped, fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add ham; cook and stir until heated through.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir for 1 minute.
    Reduce heat to low, gradually stir in sour cream.
    Add the mushrooms, cook and stir until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Yield: 6 servings.
