Alabama Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box jiffy cornbread mix
6 oz sour cream
1/2 c Crisco oil
1 - 17 oz can of creamed corn
pinch of salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 8x11 1/2 inch pan.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown (23-25 minutes).
Serve hot.
