Dilly Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
4 heads fresh dill
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
4 garlic cloves
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Pack beans lengthwise into 4 hot pint canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
To each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes, 1 garlic clove and 1 head dill.
