Granny Birdie'S Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 very large zucchini
    2 large oranges
    1 large lemon
    5 lb. sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cut up zucchini in small pieces.
    Fill bowl. Cut up the oranges (discard ends and seeds).
    Do the same with the lemon, rind and all, cut small.
    Pour the sugar over it and let it set, covered, for 24 hours.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    Jar, seal and enjoy.
