Pepperoni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed or shredded
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
    2 c. low-fat or skim milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    For 1/2 recipe, use a 10-inch pie plate.
