Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chuck roast or steak
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 c. water
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    buttered noodles
Preparation
    Cut roast or steak into cubes.
    Mix together dry onion soup and water.
    Pour the mixture over meat.
    Bake in a covered casserole for 3 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover.
    Add mushrooms.
    Heat for another 10 minutes.
    Serve on buttered noodles.
