Berlinerkranser - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, hard-boiled and minced fine
    4 raw egg yolks
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Add the minced yolks to the raw yolks that have been well beaten.
    Wash butter to remove salt; add sugar and cream well. Combine egg and flour mixtures.
    Take small piece of dough and roll into the size of a pencil.
    Shape into small wreaths.
    Dip wreaths into slightly beaten egg whites and then into crushed Domino sugar.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until delicate brown.
