Paglione'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    meat (can be ground beef, beef roast with the bone in, chicken, sausage or a combination of the meats mentioned)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In saucepot, saute the chopped onion and garlic in the olive oil.
    When the onion is translucent, add the meat you are using for your sauce.
    (Meatballs should be added later so they won't be hard.)
    When meat is browned on the outside, add the crushed tomatoes can, plus 1 can of water.
    Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for about 2 hours and add the basil and oregano.
    At this time, you can put in your meatballs to cook for another half hour.
