Beef Tongue(Sounds Gross, Tastes Great) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tongue
    water
Preparation
    Wash tongue well.
    Place in roaster.
    Fill 3/4 full with water.
    Cover and boil for 3 hours.
    Reserve 1 1/2 cups water. Rinse meat under cold water (until it is cool enough to handle). Peel off skin.
    Return meat to roaster with reserved 1 1/2 cups water.
    Season to taste and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Chill completely.
    Slice thin and serve on a luncheon tray.
