Baton Rouge Cake(No Eggs, No Mixer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 (8 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. applesauce (Lucky Leaf)
    2 ripe bananas, diced (not mashed)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix with spoon the sugar, oil and crushed pineapple.
    Mix flour and spices separately.
    Stir in applesauce.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Add in diced bananas and nuts.
    Gently stir and pour in a greased Bundt cake pan.
    Bake 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    The aroma and taste is wonderful!
    This cake never fails and keeps moist for days.
