Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Saute celery and onions in margarine.
    Add rice and broccoli to well blended sauce (soup and cheese).
    Fold in water chestnuts. Pour into a well buttered or Pam-sprayed casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
