Fresh Mushrooms In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2/3 c. sliced green onions with tops
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    small rounds of rye or Melba toast
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and lemon juice for 4 minutes.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook slowly, stirring, for 1 minute. Add sour cream, dill, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir 1 minute. Serve warm on toast.
    Makes about 2 cups.
