Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    19 Ritz crackers
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Roll cracker crumbs.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, then gradually beat sugar into egg whites.
    Fold in crumbs, flavoring, pecans and baking powder.
    Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
